Before we start sending an order, our associate can call if there is incorrect information or send a VIBER/WHATSAPP message to confirm the order, then we pack and send! Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. are shipped the next day! You will receive an email from us and the courier company with the waybill number! In major cities: within 1 to 2 working days of receiving the order;
Outside major cities: within 1 to 3 working days of receiving the order;
Hard-to-reach areas: within 1 to 5 working days of receiving the order;
Abroad: from 2 to 7 working days from the receipt of the order.
IMPORTANT: Due to the high workload, your shipments may be delayed up to 7 working days! Thank you for your understanding! If there is a problem with the size or model, you have the right to return the item within 15 days and we will refund you. All shipments can be exchanged for another size or model. The return of products is at your expense only when there is an error made by Miss Leelas. You have the right to return or exchange a product within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.
