Cash on delivery (payment in cash on delivery)

Payment is made in CASH by Postal Money Order (PPP) upon receipt of the shipment or by card at the courier’s office! When returning the package, courier services are paid in both directions!

By credit/debit card

Payment is made via myPOS on our website on the CHECK OUT page

Bank transfer

Make the payment directly to your bank account. Use the unique order ID number as the basis for payment. The order will not be shipped until we receive a transfer to our account.

Products are shipped free of charge for all orders

Before we start sending an order, our associate can call if there is incorrect information or send a VIBER/WHATSAPP message to confirm the order, then we pack and send! Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. are shipped the next day! You will receive an email from us and the courier company with the waybill number! You can track shipments on Speedy HERE and on Econt HERE Product deliveries are made:
In major cities: within 1 to 2 working days of receiving the order;
Outside major cities: within 1 to 3 working days of receiving the order;
Hard-to-reach areas: within 1 to 5 working days of receiving the order;
Abroad: from 2 to 7 working days from the receipt of the order.

IMPORTANT: Due to the high workload, your shipments may be delayed up to 7 working days! Thank you for your understanding! If there is a problem with the size or model, you have the right to return the item within 15 days and we will refund you. All shipments can be exchanged for another size or model. The return of products is at your expense only when there is an error made by Miss Leelas. You have the right to return or exchange a product within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.
